At Mechanism, we stand behind the precision of our hardware and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all electronic components. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Mechanism account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original anti-static bag and protective foam, ensuring all cables and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Once received at our hub, our technicians will verify the hardware's serial number and condition within 3-5 business days before issuing your credit.
